Chi Hay Co. Ltd., a pioneer in introducing paper wipes to the Taiwanese market, was founded . With the availability of Chi Hay Co. Ltd. products, Taiwanese consumers gradually changed their habits began using paper wipes.
1991
Chi Hay Co. Ltd was renamed to Hsuan Yu Paper Co Ltd. and sole proprietorship was established. Paper wipes gradually replaced rags in the industrial wipe market.
1992
Paper wipes were first used domestically for wet and dry purposes. The product’s strength and potential for reuse were demonstrated, The company took over use of domestic machinery and chemical plants for production.
1995
Under the vision of Chairman Tsai, Hsuan Yu Paper Co. Ltd. Appl for and set up a website (http://www.papers.com.tw)—the first among its peers. Thus, the company gained an advantage in the industry and began to promoting its products internationally.
1996
As a result of the company’s internal growth and needs, production was moved to a new plant on Dazhou Road; the development of plans for the new plant’s hardware and software equipment were underway.
1997
Production as well as import and processing operations for special paper begun. A diversified business approach for the development of wipe supplies was established.
2000
The Taiwanese Ministry of Defense favored Hsuan Yu Paper Co. Ltd. products. Sales began in Japan, Korea , Hong Kong, mainland Philippines, and other countries….
2003
An expanded plant of 3600 square-meters was constructed in Shengang District., ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality systems were instituted and related education and training programs were introduced to increase production stability and quality.
2008
A 1.6 M hot coal embossing and laminating machine was constructed in the factory to increase heat embossing lamination as well as other operations.
2013
As the reach of the Internet expanded, the implementation of B2C Internet marketing, the most direct approach for engaging with consumers, was begun.
